What a wonderful event. It’s lovely to look out into a crowd and see familiar faces, and I was delighted that there were so many in my launch audience.
The launch took place on the 24th of February at the Book Lounge (my world favourite for book shops) at 6pm. I was interviewed by Jennifer Crocker, who you will know as a prolific and excellent reviewer of books from the Cape Times.
Jennifer and I discussed the book, common fears and phobias, the weather in Cape Town, and what it means to look for help. The questions from the floor were interesting and fun.
It was an incredible evening. Thanks so much to everyone at Penguin for organising, to the Book Lounge for hosting and providing lovely food and drinks, and to everyone who assisted me in refining the book over the years. Thanks to everyone who came along. I hope you enjoyed it!
